What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments through Shopify payment,PayPal and Amazon Pay.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

What if I haven't received a confirmation email after placing my order?

 If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, please contact us at support@jowarehome.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to locations where we are required by law to collect sales tax. The amount of sales tax charged varies depending on your location and the products being purchased.

 Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the tracking number provided. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact us at support@jowarehome.com and we will be happy to assist you.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@jowarehome.com. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion. Please do not dispose of the item until we have had a chance to assist you.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 within the continental US. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee.

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@jowarehome.com to request a return authorization. Once approved, we will provide you with a shipping label to send the item(s) back to us. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer domestic ground shipping for all our products in the continental US. Orders shipped through ground usually take between 2-5 business days to deliver once processed. On select products, customers may choose an expedited shipping service. For orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, an express shipping fee is charged.

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all of our products purchased from Joware Home. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be returned in their original form of packaging. All accessories and any promotional items that were included with your purchase must also be returned.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@jowarehome.com to request a return authorization. Once approved, we will provide you with a shipping label to send the item(s) back to us.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Enamelware

Is it safe to use enamelware on the stove, grill, or campfire?

Yes, enamelware is fired at high temperatures making it safe to use on heat sources.

Can enamelware be used in the microwave?

No, enamelware should not be used in the microwave.

How should I clean stubborn stains on enamelware?

Soak the pot in hot soapy water for a few minutes.

Can steel wool or harsh detergents be used to clean enamelware?

No, abrasive cleaners or steel wool should be avoided when cleaning enamelware.

What should I do if the enamel flakes off on the outside?

It is only a cosmetic damage and can still be used without problems.

Can metal utensils be used on enamelware?

Prefer not to use metal utensils as using with forces may scratch enamel surface.  Silicone, nylon or wood head is recommended.

How should enamelware be stored?

Enamelware should be thoroughly dried after each washing or use.

 How can I remove hard water marks on enamelware?

Marks caused by hard water can be removed with vinegar water or rubbing with a small amount of baking soda.

Is enamelware suitable for the dishwasher?

Yes, enamelware is suitable for the dishwasher on the gentle glass program, but washing manually is recommended for a radiant shine that lasts into the next generation.

CAUTION

  • Don’t allow enamelware items to boil dry when using them on the stovetop as that may damage the enamel surface.
  • If your enamelware is left empty on a hot burner or oven, switch off the heat and allow the items to cool slightly before adding liquid.
  • Remember, enamelware can get very hot or cold to the touch like other metallic-based cookware, so remember to use an oven mitt and/or trivet to protect your hands and surfaces.
  • Like all fine ceramic materials, our enamelware will chip if it’s dropped or handled too roughly – but not to worry, the steel core won’t shatter and any chips are only skin deep.

If you do experience a little rusting, try the following method:

  • Place 2 tablespoons of baking soda and a squeeze of lemon juice into the item.
  • Add water and bring to a boil.
  • Let cool and wash thoroughly before using. Good as new!
  • As with any well-loved and hard-working piece, some scratching and dulling are likely to occur over time.
