Shipping Policy

We offer domestic ground shipping for all our products within the continental US. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via ground shipping, which usually takes between 2-5 business days to deliver. We also offer expedited shipping for select products, and customers may choose this option at checkout for an additional fee.

Please note that any promotional free shipping is subject to orders for the continental US only. For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or other US territories, additional shipping fees may apply.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can track your package's delivery.


Hassle-Free 30-day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Joware Home, but if for any reason you need to make a return, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be returned in its original form of packaging. All accessories and any promotional items that were included with your purchase must also be returned. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or is returned more than 30 days after receipt may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@jowarehome.com to request a return authorization. Once approved, we will provide you with a shipping label to send the item(s) back to us. Please note that the products must be sent back to us within 10 days from submission to be eligible for a refund.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee of up to 15% if the item is not returned in its original condition or is missing parts or accessories. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
